Woof is a service of Nomadis (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Woof, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
Woof is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use Woof. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you should use Woof only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, as applicable.
2. The service is provided “as is”
Woof is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. User content
Users may submit content such as pet profiles, walker profiles, messages, images, and booking-related information. We are not responsible for content posted by users. You are solely responsible for content you submit and for compliance with applicable laws.
4. Moderation
We reserve the right to review pet and walker profiles and other user-submitted material. We may remove or restrict access, and terminate or suspend accounts, if we detect or are made aware of content or conduct that we reasonably consider indecent, illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise incompatible with Woof or these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomadis and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Woof.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Woof after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
