We do not sell, rent, license, or resell personal information collected through Woof to third parties for their independent advertising or data-broker purposes. We do not operate Woof as a data harvesting or resale product.
2. Information you provide
If you create or use an account, build pet or walker profiles, request bookings, or otherwise submit information, that content is processed and stored as needed to operate and secure the service (for example, displaying profiles, coordinating bookings, and enforcing our terms). We use it for Woof—not for sale to third-party marketers.
3. Service providers
We may use vendors (for example, authentication, hosting, or email delivery) who process information on our instructions to run Woof. They are not permitted to use that information for their own marketing or to sell it.
4. Children’s privacy
Woof is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have received such information, contact us so we can delete it.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect information. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
